* When booking between 7 and 13 nights in a one-bedroom apartment in apartment buildings, you get the last night free.
* When booking between 10 and 13 nights in a double room or one-bedroom apartment in the hotel part, you get the last night for free.
* When booking between 14 and 20 nights in any room type, you get the last 2 nights for free.

The prices are per room for the indicated number of regular beds and include the following services:
BB – breakfast buffet;
HB – breakfast and dinner at a block table;
FB – breakfast, lunch and dinner at a block table;
*Types of nutrition BB, HB and FB include mineral water;

• use of pools (indoor and outdoor);
• umbrella (1 per room) and sunbed (per fully paying person) at the pools and beaches;
• fitness;
• children's club during her working hours;
• Internet;
• parking.

Prices include VAT.

Additional conditions:
Child from 0 to 2 years - free.
Accommodating an extra bed:
- child from 2 to 9.99 years old with two full payers - free of charge;
- second child from 2 to 9.99 years old with two full payers - pays 15% of the price of a regular bed;
- an adult /over 9.99 years old/ accommodated in a double room or apartment with an extra bed pays 50% of the price of a regular bed;
Children from 2 to 9.99 years old occupying a regular bed in a double room or in an apartment pay the full price of an adult.

Method of payment:

• Advance payment - 50% up to 5 days after confirmed reservation. The remaining 50% - upon check-in.
• When canceling a reservation:
• up to 14 days before arrival - no fee required;
• less than 14 days before arrival or earlier departure - two nights will be charged as a penalty.
